CHINA IS SENDING TEENS TO A SIMULATED MARS COLONY

Recently I browse the news and I stumbled upon an article that China is now planning to capture space after capturing the neighboring countries.

Let's talk about what the news is-
In the Chinese City of Mangshi, the climate and landscape are one of the most Mars-like places on Earth. That makes it the perfect setting for a newly opened Mars simulation base that China hopes will draw tourists and maybe even help humanity reach the real planet Mars.

If the base can provide researchers with an approximation of Mars for their experiments, while also getting the public and young people in particular, excited about space exploration, it could have a positive role to play in shaping humanity's spacefaring future.

I am thinking about are we moving from a world in which kids grow up expecting to live on earth their whole lives to now having the first generation of young people that can realistically expect the opportunity to live on another planet? It makes me wonder, what will the psychological impacts be on that generation?

I am planning to write about a series "what the future will be"

The Buffett Indicator

If you check the stock market, you see that it gives the best picture of the economy  but it is not   if you compared with GDP which is falling  and now it is negative also.   If you see the Buffett indicator it  holds  true that the market is really overvalued and it is not showing the correct picture of  the economy.   For those of you who heard  about the  Buffett Indicator for the first time let me explain to you that it is the Indicator  buil t  by  great investor  Warren Buffett after the Dot-Com Crash  which happened two decades ago.  Warren Buffett said to investors that  to check whether the market is overvalued or not you can check by one  metric which  i s  –  “ Ratio of Market caps of Global stocks to Global GDP .”  Th is ratio  is  known  as the Buffett indicator.   If it is above 100% means the stock market is overvalued.   On 12th A...

To Take on Slack, Google is Rebranding

If you notice recently that  #google  was changing its logo for  #gmail ,  #meet , and other  #gsuite  apps for which we use most. #Google  wants to capture the  #remoteworking  organization people who shift their  #work  to  #home . #Google  Rebrand  #Gsuit  as  #Workplace  and incorporate  #Gmail ,  #calendar ,  #Docs ,  #Slides ,  #Drive , and other  #apps  into a single interface. The upside is that all are interlinked and saves time but the downside is that for  #unlimited  storage it cost $8 pm. Basically, Google is competing against productivity apps like  #Slack  and  #teams . #Slack  gives tough competition to  #Google  and  #Teams . Slack has 12M active customers and is mostly used by enterprise customers mostly  #fortune  500  #companies  including  #Starbucks ,  #oracle , and...
